Viking feel Marquise Garnet With 6 Transitional Cut Diamonds, 18ct White and Yellow Gold, size N1/2 or 7
Viking feel Marquise Garnet With 6 Transitional Cut Diamonds, 18ct White and Yellow Gold, size N1/2 or 7
This ring is striking in its individual style - a gorgeous large garnet with 6 transitional cut diamonds. We fell in love with her viking style and her fantastic diamonds that come from the short period of transitional diamond - the transition between old cuts and modern brilliants - a period of about 30 years at the start of the 1900s. Just look at all those claws on the almandine garnet - being 18ct white gold they stand out and really highlight the elongated shape of the rich stone colour and the sparkle of the 6 diamonds.
She is so wearable and looks magnificent on the hand - she would make the greatest engagement ring or just a kick-ass dress ring. Set in delicious 18ct gold, the claws are all white gold, but the shank is yellow gold - a fabulous mixed metal beauty. Set high this ring would easily be stacked - and she is so comfy and photogenic on the hand.

FAQ
Sizing
What do we mean when we say a ring is "sizeable"? Well, most standard rings can be made bigger or smaller by up to three letter sizes. If we say the item is "moderately sizeable", this usually means about 1 size, and if we say it is "not sizeable" or that "sizing is not recommended" it will be due to the construction - it could be age related, pattern related, have enamel etc.
We can happily help with sizing of rings, so please do get it touch if we can give you a quote.
