Where are you based?

We are a small Australian company based on the Sunshine Coast of Australia. 

Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online only store. Part of the way we keep pieces affordable is no shopfront. We are more than happy to send further photos or videos to help you envisage your purchase better - please get in touch if we can do this for you. 

How often do you get new stock?

We have a new drop most weeks. The nature of our store means that we are dictated to by what we find, so the best way to keep up to date is to follow us on instagram - shopvjh  - where we alert to new stock on our stories. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to Australia, New Zealand and some of Europe. Please get in touch if you are unsure. 

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes! All Australian sales come with free express shipping. These are fully insured and will require a signature on delivery. For pieces leaving Australia shipping is also free and fully insured. Those pieces over $500AU come express, those under $500 come standard, but can be upgraded to express for a fee. 

How quickly will I get my piece?

We ship daily. Orders will be in the express post within 24 hours of your order coming in (obviously weekends will go out on Mondays). 

What about customs charges?

Customers are entirely responsible for the customs charges of their country and for ensuring you are fully informed of these charges before committing to a purchase. We are required by law to declare what the item is and its full value - and we do this without exception. 

Can we sell something for you?

We do not offer consignment, sorry.
