There are a few places on earth that yellow and blue sapphires form together - Australia, Montana and parts of Africa (this is vague as they are literally discovering pockets as we speak). Montana partis tend to be paler than the Australian and African - so we think that these pale greens and blues are more Montana in their hues. The central 0.65ct stone is the most delicate shade of pale lime green, dancing in greens and yellows, and trying to capture has been really hard in this weather - but the videos do a better job - check them out on instagram stories. We are hoping to be able to do these stones more justice tomorrow before she drops. The central stone really is the hero of the ring, and she is flanked by more subtle blue green side stones that accentuate the centre stone, but by no means steal her thunder. This is a ring of subtle and gentle greens - things we don't often see - and therefore - as you can imagine - we are smitten.
The styling of this ring is very crown or tiara like - the graduated stones rising in size and height off the hand. Echoing this are the fabulous claws from the profile which run like pillars of ribbons up the ring. It gives it is the most fabulous profile and makes the ring a statement from the side and the top.
Framing the central green sapphire are four bluer sapphires - and we love the combination of the green the gold and blue, a fabulous little mix of the colours as the stones dance. These stones also work so well together as the second stones down are greener than the final pair, so they literally step down and out from green, through green blue to blue - all framed in these gorgeous gold claws.
This ring would stack so well, and we love the finger coverage it offers.

FAQ
Sizing
What do we mean when we say a ring is "sizeable"? Well, most standard rings can be made bigger or smaller by up to three letter sizes. If we say the item is "moderately sizeable", this usually means about 1 size, and if we say it is "not sizeable" or that "sizing is not recommended" it will be due to the construction - it could be age related, pattern related, have enamel etc.
We can happily help with sizing of rings, so please do get it touch if we can give you a quote.
Current prices are: $40 for sizing down, $40 for rhodium plating (all white gold rings), and sizing up starts at $50 - and depends on the carat of gold, width of band and number of sizes. These are subject to change at any time and remain linked to the volatile changes in precious metals.
Time frames - sizing is usually complete within 3 weeks.
