Victorian Enamel Buckle Ring size N1/2 or 7
Victorian Enamel Buckle Ring size N1/2 or 7
This absolutely amazing enamel buckle ring is glorious in her bold colours. Crafted in the early Victorian era, it is hard to believe she is about 150 years old. The blue and yellow enamel are in excellent condition and really make this buckle ring a showstopper.
Crafted in 18 carat gold, the buckle is sturdy and wonderfully ridged to give it an amazing feel. The pin and holes are in excellent condition and add such authenticity to the piece.
She does however, have a small crack on the support bars on one side. This cannot be fixed as the heat would destroy the enamel. This said, it does not affect her look or wearing her. Given she is so old and delicate as a ring anyway - she is not likely to be worn in the shower, doing the dishes etc - so she will continue to look glorious when she is brought out her box to be worn for dinners etc.

FAQ
Sizing
What do we mean when we say a ring is "sizeable"? Well, most standard rings can be made bigger or smaller by up to three letter sizes. If we say the item is "moderately sizeable", this usually means about 1 size, and if we say it is "not sizeable" or that "sizing is not recommended" it will be due to the construction - it could be age related, pattern related, have enamel etc.
We can happily help with sizing of rings, so please do get it touch if we can give you a quote.
