Hello 1930s! This fabulous handmade mixed metal 7 stone ring screams of the Era. The use of platinum and 18ct gold was at its peak (and the wars after this are cause for its decline in jewellery). The hand cut emeralds, single cut diamonds and the use of milgrain settings - all utterly divine and totally of the time.
The four princess cut emeralds are natural and fairly included - but they are a lovely bright green, and set against the bright diamonds and platinum they are fabulous. Platinum it is such a great metal, so strong and it never needs plated - and those glinting diamonds - such a win.
This ring has no companion wear, the edges are still clear in their engravings, and most of the settings are still lovely - a true gem of a find.

FAQ
Sizing
What do we mean when we say a ring is "sizeable"? Well, most standard rings can be made bigger or smaller by up to three letter sizes. If we say the item is "moderately sizeable", this usually means about 1 size, and if we say it is "not sizeable" or that "sizing is not recommended" it will be due to the construction - it could be age related, pattern related, have enamel etc.
We can happily help with sizing of rings, so please do get it touch if we can give you a quote.
Current prices are: $40 for sizing down, $40 for rhodium plating (all white gold rings), and sizing up starts at $50 - and depends on the carat of gold, width of band and number of sizes. These are subject to change at any time and remain linked to the volatile changes in precious metals.
Time frames - sizing is usually complete within 3 weeks.
